Job Description:
Develop maintenance and operations procedures or technical manuals within the oil and gas industry. Knowledge of smart procedures technology a plus.
Qualification and Experience:
Technical writing experience (2-5 years)
Industrial experience as operator, maintenance technician, engineer, supervisor. (5 years)
High School diploma (vocational degree or certificate desirable)

Principal Responsibilities:
Interaction with projects involving both U. S. and international customers – which include operators of both existing and expanding facilities as well as those facilities that are beginning new site construction.
Involvement in a wide range of risk studies aimed at ensuring or improving the integrity of the above mentioned facilities.
Working as an effective team member or team leader, both in-house and within client organizations.
Being an active and leading participant in projects from proposal development, to execution and final deliverables (e.g., technical reports, drawings, etc.), and developing innovative and practical solutions to meet client objectives.
Undertaking engineering reviews and performing analyses as part of providing innovative solutions, and delivering work that meets technical quality standards within time and budget constraints.
Developing technical qualification statements, proposals, bids, and other presentation material.

Mechanical Integrity Consultant
Job Description:
Experienced mechanical integrity engineer with strong understanding of risk-based inspection, reliability centered maintenance, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and reliability centered maintenance. Will work with oil & gas and chemical clients in plant and corporate setting to improve uptime and profitability of assets
Qualification and Experience:
We are seeking a professional with fixed equipment knowledge, facility experience, knowledge of industry codes and standards, and awareness of the latest technology to develop and manage Mechanical Integrity program implementation for PSRG clients at the facility level. Responsibilities include supporting and implementing basic inspection programs as well as Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate individual initiative, be a creative problem solver, and possess the ability to master basic mechanical integrity program concepts. The selected candidate will interact regularly with client representatives to resolve mechanical integrity concerns and address action plans; therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are necessary. Additionally, the candidate must possess a customer service focus. Detailed industry expertise in corrosion, metallurgy, inspection techniques, and other inspection-related specialties is not required, but a working knowledge is desired.
Specific Skills:
BS Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
2-5 years of experience in mechanical integrity related work
Inspection experience preferred
Knowledge of industrial fixed equipment and processes preferred
RBI experience a plus.
API certifications a plus.
Exposure with the following software is helpful: UltraPIPE, API RBI, Capstone, Meridium Corrosion and Inspection Manager, PCMS, VCESage, CodeCalc, Microsoft Project.

PHA Facilitators
Job Description:
PSRG has immediate openings for talented PHA Facilitators with 5-15 years of experience. The positions require direct interaction with clients, so the ideal candidate MUST possess polished oral and written communication skills. In addition, candidates must be technically competent with creative problem-solving skills.
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates must be able to apply various PHA methodologies, including What-If/Checklist analysis, HAZOP analysis, and LOPA with little instruction. Candidates should be well-versed in HAZOP node, deviation, cause, and consequence identification.
